Typically 1–2 weeks, depending on parts and workload. We’ll keep you posted every step of the way.
Right now we’re U.S. only. If you're outside the country and dying to get a rod, shoot us a message.
If something breaks, let us know. We’ll assess the damage and either repair it or work out a solution. We’re not in the business of ghosting our customers.
