  • Typically 1–2 weeks, depending on parts and workload. We’ll keep you posted every step of the way.

  • Right now we’re U.S. only. If you're outside the country and dying to get a rod, shoot us a message.

  • If something breaks, let us know. We’ll assess the damage and either repair it or work out a solution. We’re not in the business of ghosting our customers.
